Fr. Michael Klos Pastor
Fr. Michael Klos is from Westby, Wisconsin. He is a double graduate from UWEC: 1989 Comparative Religion/Philosophy and later Music (emphasis on Vocal Music). Fr. Klos served as a U.S Marine Reserve from 1986-1990 and a U.S Navy Reserve Chaplain from 1990-2000. He attended Sacred Heart Seminary in Detroit, graduating in 1999. Ordained in 2000, he finds his favorite things about priesthood to be helping people grow in faith, hope, and love; teaching; and the beauty of the liturgy. Fr. Klos served 25 years within Catholic schools, 19 of them as elementary school principal. Fr. Klos also serves as Pastor at Sacred Heart- St Patrick Parish in Eau Claire.

Fr. Kyle Lang Student Chaplain
Fr. Kyle grew up near La Crosse and enjoyed sports, reading, music, and camping in his childhood. After about ten years away from Wisconsin, God brought him home through the priesthood. Now he enjoys devoting his time helping UWEC/CVTC students fall in love with Christ.

Sean Coyle Director of Campus Mission
Sean is originally from Rockford, IL and loves reading, music, board games, and scented candles. He got his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville, then served as a campus missionary for a year at Northern Illinois University, followed by six years as a campus minister at UW-Platteville. He can't wait to share the love of the Lord in His Church with you!

Lizzy Gruenloh Campus Ministry Intern
Lizzy is a senior at UWEC and is studying Elementary Education. She has fallen in love with the Newman Center here since she was a freshman and tried to get as involved as she could. Which then led her to becoming the Campus Ministry Intern here. If she's not in class, you can usually find her at the Newman Center. She is excited for this upcoming year and is trusting God in His infinite wisdom.

Emmett McMorrow Liturgy Director
Emmett is the Music Director at Newman and Sacred Heart of Jesus - St. Patrick Parishes as well as Liturgy Director at Newman. Originally from Appleton WI, he is excited to be in Eau Claire growing in his Catholic Faith and praising God in song every week!

Cindy Estrada Office Secretary
Cindy is a mom of 3 grown kids with 5 grandchildren and loves to spend time with them. She also has a sweet, 90-pound black lab (Beau) that she calls her personal trainer because he makes sure she gets her exercise in! Cindy retired from full time work 5 years ago and is excited to start this new adventure at Newman Parish!
