August 21, 2011 - John and Jen Cook would like to add a prayer request for our sister-in law Christina Cook, who was stationed this week in Afghanastain. She is an Engineer in the Army, and will be there for about a year. We want to pray for her safe return home. Also, if you could pray for her family, she leaves behind her husband Peter, and two young children, J.J. and Grace Anne.

CD of Parish Liturgical Music Released on Easter

  Over 30 of our excellent student and sustaining member musicians gathered in Januaryto record a CD of our favorite liturgical music.  After the Easter Vigil
and at the Masses Easter Sunday morning each registered household
was given a copy of that CD.  Entitled, Servant Song, The collection
contains 12 selections which follow the liturgical year--From Advent
through Lent and Easter to Ordinary Time.  Registered households may
purchase additional CDs for $10.  Mary Kay Bissell produced the CD.
CDs are available after all the weekened Masses from the assistant minister.
