Father George R. Szews

Flo Sheridan

Mary Kay Bissell

Mary Kay Bissell is Newman’s Coordinator of Meal Ministries. A long time stationary member of the Newman Parish, Mary Kay has been a college and high school instructor. Ryan Luedtke

Ryan joined the Newman staff during the summer of 2008. He comes from St. Joseph Parish in Red Wing, MN where he was the Youth Minister for five years. At Newman he is the Director of Religious Education and Coordinator of Campus Ministry activities. Ryan has a Masters Degree in Pastoral Ministry from St. Mary's University in Winona. He and his wife Brooke and their daughters Reese and Leah, and son Keegan look forward to a long and happy life in Eau Claire. You may email Ryan at luedtkenewman@newmanparishec.com.

Daniel Lee Ruff Smith

Daniel joined the Newman staff in 2008 as the student Liturgy Team Coordinator. He's responsible for scheduling ministers for our liturgies, training new ministers (eucharistic, readers, ushers), and finding weekend replacements. You can reach him by emailing him at smitdani@uwec.edu

Kevin Michael Newell


Kevin is in his last year as the director of our liturgical music program.   He will graduate from UWEC in May and move on to graduate school in vocal performance.
